B. Olivia Munnelly, BSc(Hons)Ost

Having diverse clinical experience as an osteopath, my belief is that you deserve the highest level of service, and I am committed to providing just that.

In all treatments, I aim to provide rapid symptom relief, avoid recurrence, and promote swift return to normal activities.

Following an in-depth consultation and discussion about your goals, together we can focus on achieving them. Often medical and orthopaedic testing is necessary to ascertain the cause of your symptoms. A combination of evidence-based techniques may be applied, to provide bespoke treatment for your needs. These include osteopathic techniques, Western Medical Acupuncture, Kinesio-taping (strapping), therapeutic ultrasound, dietary changes and supporting exercises.

So, when life isn't going so smoothly and you need support and guidance, from the beginning of your existence, right up to the advanced years, there is a course of treatment to suit you……..

I gained a degree in osteopathy and a diploma in naturopathy, from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in 2004. I have continued to maintain continuous professional development in all areas of expertise. I have particular interest in cranial osteopathy (treating babies, toddlers, teenagers and adults) and sports rehabilitation. I have gained much of my knowledge in sports rehabilitation whilst working in a multi-disciplinary clinic for nearly a decade. Being a runner myself, I have a keen interest in treating running injuries and assisting rehabilitation back to this discipline. In the coming years, I will continue to expand my knowledge and experience.

About Joanna:

Joanna was born and raised in Poland, where she developed a lifelong interest in medicine and supporting others. Her first academic path reflected this passion. In 2010, she completed a degree in Dental Engineering (MSc) and began working as a dental technician, using her refined manual skills to design smiles tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

In 2011, she moved to London after receiving an offer to work in a dental laboratory. It was there that she first encountered osteopathy—an experience that instantly resonated with her. Osteopathy became the missing piece in her pursuit of optimal health and a holistic understanding of the body. After spending several years preparing for this new direction, she began her training and graduated in May 2025 with a BOst (Hons) from the London School of Osteopathy.

During her studies, Joanna developed a strong interest in visceral osteopathy, cranio-sacral approaches, and functional techniques. This passion naturally led her to work weekly with infants, children and their families in the student clinic. She continues to expand her knowledge through postgraduate paediatric osteopathy courses.

Joanna treats people of all ages with equal passion and joy—from newborns, through their parents, to their grandparents. Her techniques are gentle and soothing when the body requires a subtle approach, and more direct when necessary to achieve effective change. Joanna can treat patients through Aviva, Vitality and WPA insurance.

Committed to continuous learning and the highest standards of care, Joanna is known for her perfectionism. She often jokes that life may be too short to learn everything she hopes to master. This passion drives her to constantly develop her skills so she can help as many people as possible. Her goal is to provide truly individualised, patient-centered treatment, combining precise manual techniques with evidence-based research to ease pain, improve function, and support every patient in becoming the best possible version of themselves.

Alongside science-based medicine, Joanna is also interested in Chinese medicine, homeopathy, and herbal therapy, appreciating complementary traditions that enrich her holistic approach to health.

Freya graduated from the BSO with a Masters in Osteopathy in 2016. After graduating, she worked in and around Manchester, developing an interest in osteoarthritis. She returned to MK in 2019 and continued to learn more about what osteopathy can do for arthritis. Freya’s treatment style is gentle, but still includes strong massage and joint manipulation where appropriate. She has experience with expectant mothers and minor sports injuries, alongside lower back pain, frozen shoulder, and neck-related headaches.

Freya is accredited by all the major insurance companies, including Bupa, AXA, Aviva and Simply Health.

Testimonials:

"After having only been treated by Olivia for some time, I was a little nervous about being treated by someone new. I needn’t have been. Freya immediately put me at ease and was very friendly and professional. Her treatment helped relieve a very painful and ongoing lower back issue and the exercises she gave me to complete at home have helped keep the pain away. I would not hesitate to recommend Freya."

Naomi, Milton Keynes, 2023

"I was very impressed with Freya when she treated me. She has a friendly and professional manner and soon found the source of my back and hip problem. Her treatment during the session was excellent, and I left the clinic in a much better state than I arrived."

Tony, Milton Keynes, 2023
